About Services

Maintaining the civil registration records of births and deaths is necessary for the municipality to compile accurate, complete, and timely vital statistics, which, along with population censuses are central to estimating population size, especially for municipal areas. 

Activities and Rules & Regulations

 The main function of this department of the Memari municipality is to Issue Birth &  Death certificates to citizens. Registration of Birth and death within the Municipal area is a statutory function. In this municipality, the Birth and Death department is fully computerized and is headed by the department in charge. Now the service is fully online.
